Product images, mockups and previews are for illustrative purposes only. The final printed product may differ slightly in colour, finish or appearance due to production and display settings. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion.
We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited. We make every effort to describe and present our products accurately. Minor differences in colour, print finish, packaging or appearance may occur.
SECTION 6 – CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We process orders as quickly as possible after payment. If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us immediately at hello@yearbook.archi. We cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations will be possible once the order has been processed or dispatched.
For physical products, including printed books, consumers may have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. Returned products should be unused and in their original condition. The customer may be responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or unless applicable law provides otherwise.
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@yearbook.archi and include your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the case and offer a replacement, refund or another appropriate solution where required.
Digital products, including eBooks, are delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital content, refunds may not be available once access to the file has been provided or the download has started, where permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in this section limits any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
SECTION 7 – SHIPPING
HSRZ MARCIN HUSARZ offers international shipping. An order tracking number will be sent to the customer by email within 1 business day after the order has been dispatched. For pre-sale orders, the tracking number will be sent within 1 business day after the order has been dispatched.
SECTION 8 – ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, at our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email address and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
